I was reading about how this official music video was created and, having no formal training I didn't know what a piano hook meant so decided to look it up and, I liked how in parenthesis Emily received permission to write a song around the "piano hook" her brother came up with! It is definitely a one of a kind Emily and her brother had a part in creating. "What is a hook in song writing? A song hook is a short lyrical line or melodic phrase used to catch the listener's ear and make a song engaging. It's attention-grabbing, catchy, and makes the song memorable. Musical hooks are most evident in styles like rap, hip-hop, R&B, pop, rock, and dance music." This song certainly has hooked me. Great lyrics and really like the melody and Emily's superb delivery.
